INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup (100g) Erythitrol (Lokanto Monkfruit Sweetener: https://amzn.to/2XKwljK)
- 1 cup (214ml) water, distilled works best
- 8 drops liquid Stevia Extract (SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia: https://amzn.to/2ROIH6V)
- 1/16 tsp xanthan gum (https://amzn.to/3croRpZ)

DIRECTIONS
1. To speed up the process, heat a bit more than 1 cup of water.
2. In a bottle, add the Erythitrol and xanthan gum.
3. Add the hot water and mix vigorously.
4. Add 8 drops of liquid Stevia for each cup of water.

If you see crystals form, it's not a big deal. If you want to get rid of them, simply keep adding little amounts of water until they dissolve!


Allulose Simple Syrup

- 1 cup Allulose (https://amzn.to/2z30XCO)
- 1 cup water
- 1/16 tsp xanthan gum (https://amzn.to/3croRpZ)

DIRECTIONS
1. To speed up the process, heat a bit more than 1 cup of water.
2. In a bottle, add the Allulose and xanthan gum.
3. Add the hot water and mix.

If you see undissolved allulose, you likely got the measurements wrong - you can dilute more than a 1:1 ratio of allulose to water. To fix, add more water until there is no more undissolved allulose.

TIPS
---------------------------------
- You can whisk the syrup before you place it into the bottle. This will give a more even solution from the beginning and will not require time to settle
- Both versions will eventually become clear. At first they will seem milky and as if something is wrong. This is normal!
- The stuff that looks like floating mold, is actually the xanthan gum. Since there's no actual sugar, no mold should grow in the syrup.
