Step 1
Spread the cream cheese evenly on the low-carb tortilla.
Step 2
Sprinkle the cream cheese with Everything Bagel seasoning. Added shredded cheese, if desired (recommended!)
Step 3
Roll the tortilla up and then slice it into rounds. You can slice the rounds as thick as you want. I did about 1/2 inch thick rounds on my roll ups with Everything Bagel seasoning and 1-inch rounds on the ones with the added cheese.
Step 4
Brush the top and bottom of the rounds with melted butter. Sprinkle with additional Everything Bagel seasoning if desired.
Step 5
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees. Add the rounds to the air fryer tray and cook for 3 minutes per side, until crispy. Enjoy!If you don't have an air fryer, heat them in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, flipping to get both sides browned, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Or bake at 350 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
