Step 1

Heat a wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

When it is hot, add vegetable oil to it.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot and shimmery, add garlic and ginger and saute for 3-4 seconds.

Step 4

Break eggs in the wok and scramble them.

Step 5

Add bell peppers and carrots and saute for 30-40 seconds.

Step 6

Add gochujang paste and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Step 7

Now add soy sauce and cooked rice and mix everything well.

Step 8

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
