Step 1
Rinse the chickpeas and let them soak overnight in 3 liters of water.
Step 2
Put the chickpeas with its water in a large sauce pan.
Step 3
Add the garlic cloves, 2 tbsp of olive oil and the half lemon and cook for about 1 hour and a half or 2 hours, until the chickpeas are tender.
Step 4
Serve the soup in bowls where you individually add the seasonings, bread and egg. Mix and eat.
