Step 1

Cut beef into diced pieces and cut dried chili into pieces.

Step 2

Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the ginger and dried chili under low heat until fragrant. Add beef and continue to stir-fry under middle heat for 1 minute until the moisture in the beef is fried out.

Step 3

Turn the fire down, and continue to fry it under low heat until light yellow. Add chili oil, fermented soya beans, 1 tablespoon of sugar and white sesame in the wok. And stir-fry it for 2 minutes. Serve it with cooked rice.
