Step 1

Stir fry the pork belly until golden brown and lots of oil are released from the meat.

Step 3

Scope out all the excess fat.

Step 4

Put in garlic and stir fry until well mixed.

Step 5

Drop two tablespoons of Bragg Liquid Aminos (Soy Sauce or Tamari). Keep stirring until well mixed.

Step 6

Sugar in. Stir fry.

Step 7

Put one tablespoon of Coconut Aminos (non-keto dark caramel sauce.)

Step 8

Stir again until they are all well mixed and smell good.
