Heat oven to 180C. Line a rectangular tray 23 x 33cm with baking paper.

Mix flour, sugar and butter, using a food processor or blender, mixing until it forms a crumbly dough. Turn directly into prepared pan and level with back of a spoon, pressing slightly. Cook dough in the oven for 20 minutes.

To make the cream, zest the orange and lemon and then squeeze the juice. You need 150ml juice combined.
Step 4
Beat eggs and sugar with mixer until sugar melts and turn white. Add zest from citrus (to taste) and juice, mix until smooth. Add in flour and cornflour, mixing until incorporates. Pour the cream over the cake, bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
Let cake cool in the pan, then sprinkle with icing sugar to serve. Cut and serve.
