Step 1
Set up your Pit Boss Grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F. If you are using a charcoal or gas grill, set the temperature to medium high heat.
Step 2
In a large resealable bag, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Champion Chicken Seasoning, and chopped parsley. Seal the resealable bag and give it a good shake to mix the ingredients.
Step 3
Once the chicken has finished marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade and drain. Place the chicken wings on the wing rack.
Step 4
Place the wing rack on the grill and insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the wings. Grill the wings for 5 minutes, then rotate, and grill for another 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F.
Step 5
Toss the wings in the large bowl with the melted butter and shredded Parmesan until well coated. Serve immediately.
