Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

unsalted Butter, Melted

lbs Chicken Wings, Trimmed and Patted Dry

Garlic, Minced

Lemon

Dijon

Olive Oil

Parmesan Cheese

Parsley, Chopped

Champion Chicken Seasoning

Set up your Pit Boss Grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F. If you are using a charcoal or gas grill, set the temperature to medium high heat.

In a large resealable bag, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Champion Chicken Seasoning, and chopped parsley. Seal the resealable bag and give it a good shake to mix the ingredients.

Once the chicken has finished marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade and drain. Place the chicken wings on the wing rack.

Place the wing rack on the grill and insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the wings. Grill the wings for 5 minutes, then rotate, and grill for another 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F.

Toss the wings in the large bowl with the melted butter and shredded Parmesan until well coated. Serve immediately.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the chicken wings dry and then add them to a large mixing bowl. Add the avocado oil, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the wings and until well coated.

Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the skin is crispy, flipping halfway through.

When the wings are almost done, make the garlic herb sauce. Add the minced garlic, lemon zest, and fresh parsley to a small mixing bowl. Melt the butter over medium low heat in a small saucepan. Pour the warm butter over the garlic mixture and stir until well combined.

Add the baked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and drizzle the garlic herb butter over the wings. Add the grated parmesan and toss until the wings are well coated.

Transfer the wings to a serving platter and garnish with additional parmesan and serve with celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing or ranch!

I want to learn the healthy baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wing for my mom and I. I have followed this recipe twice. First for tryout. Second for St.Patrick day meal. Since I didn't have lemon and avocado oil, I replaced it to zest Orange and extra virgin olive oil. The This recipe was too good and tasty. Especially, the orange..it was just right as zest lemon. It was delicious. I would make it again and again. Thank you for recipe.

Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings - These chicken wings are baked crisp to a golden perfection, then smothered in a Parmesan cheese, parsley and chili flakes mixture. It's finger licking good!

Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, this will save you from scrubbing the baking pan until tomorrow.

Season the wings generously with salt, pepper and the 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking pan. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until they're golden crisp.

While wings are baking, mix all the Parmesan mixture ingredients together in a small bowl.

When the wings are done baking, transfer them to a bowl right away. Dump the Parmesan mixture over the wings and toss well, making sure each wing is fully covered with the Parmesan mixture. Serve right away.
