Step 1

Cook the noodles per the instructions on the package and reserve at least ½ cup of the pasta water for the sauce.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium high heat and brown the turkey.

Step 3

While the turkey is cooking, cut the onion and garlic into a small dice and squeeze the juice out of the lemons.

Step 4

In a large pot, saute the onions in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until they are soft. Add in the butter and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 5

Stir in 2 tbsp of lemon juice and, peas, and canned tomatoes. Allow the flavors to cook and come together for a couple of minutes.

Step 6

Add in the noodles, turkey, kale, parmesan cheese, and ½ cup of pasta water. Stir and season with salt, pepper, and the remaining lemon juice to taste.

Step 7
