Step 1
Place sugar and ½ cup of water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir until sugar has dissolved, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Add lemon juice and 2 L of water, whisk and place in a jug, or in bottles.
Step 3
Refrigerate and serve with ice cubes.
