In a medium pot over medium heat, add the broth, the milk, the butter, the garlic powder, the mustard, the salt, and the ground black pepper and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add the macaroni to the broth mixture and cook, stirring every few minutes, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Step 3

Turn the stovetop heat off and add the marble cheese and the parmesan cheese in portions, stirring in between each addition, until melted.
