Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Combine the oatmeal, flour and sugar, to a food processor, and pulse until the oats are a fine flour.
Step 3
To a large bowl, combine the berry crumble filling.
Step 4
Mix together and then add the filling to a pie pan or 9×9 baking dish.
Step 5
To the same bowl (no need to wipe out) combine the oats mixture and coconut oil. Mix with your fingers until you can clump together.
Step 6
Add the crumble topping to the top of the berries.
Step 7
Bake for 60 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
Step 9
Use coconut oil instead of butter in the Berry Crumble Topping.
Step 10
Use Gluten-free oats, and Gluten-free flour in the Berry Crumble Topping.
