Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place ham in 6 quart electric pressure cooker.
Step 2
Pour soda over ham and press brown sugar substitute over top of ham.
Step 3
Seal lid and turn valve to prevent venting.
Step 4
Cook under high pressure for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Quick release if desired or allow ham to naturally release for 15 minutes before switching to quick release.
Step 6
Remove ham from electric pressure cooker and slice. Then place slices back in juices.
