Step 1

First Sift the flour. in a mixer, pour warm water, milk, yeast, sugar and half quantity means two and half cups of sifted flour and combine well. Don’t over mix. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Uncover the bowl and add the remaining flour, salt and oil and knead until elastic and non sticky dough. Put like 1 tsp of oil in your hands and wrap the dough so it not stick in the bowl edges and cover again. Let it proof in warm area for about 20 to 25 minutes or until it doubled in size. I heat the oven at 150F and turn off then i place the bowl inside the oven, this way I accelerate the process.

Step 3

Punch down the dough to release the gas and shape it in balls as desired. Use it for your baking and enjoy delicious dinners and breakfasts with the magic dough.

Step 4

bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
