Step 1

Take all ingredients under ' To Grind' and grind it to a smooth paste with required water.

Step 2

In a pan with 1/2 cup of water cook mango pieces with turmeric powder and red chili powder in medium flame.

Step 3

When it is cooked, smash mango pieces and add the ground coconut paste to mango and cook till the raw smell goes.

Step 4

Adjust water as per the consistency required.

Step 5

Add salt and yogurt .Mix thoroughly. When it starts boiling remove from the flame. Else the yogurt will curdle.Heat a pan with oil.

Step 6

Crackle mustard seeds and add curry leaves.

Step 7

Pour this tempering to the curry and close the lid for at least 1 minute.Serve with hot rice.
