Place mango, oats, 1 1/2 cups coconut, chia seeds and turmeric in a food processor and process for 20 seconds or until mixture starts to combine (do not overprocess).

Step 2

Using damp hands, roll heaped tablespoonfuls of mango mixture into balls to make a total of Place remaining coconut in a shallow bowl, then roll balls in coconut to coat. Serve.
