Puree until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. You can strain the puree through a sieve for a smoother texture if desired.

In a pitcher, combine the mango puree with limoncello and fresh lemon juice. Stir well to mix.

Fill champagne glasses halfway with the mango and limoncello mixture.

Slowly top off each glass with chilled prosecco, allowing the mango mixture to gently mix with the prosecco creating a beautiful gradient effect.
