Step 1

In medium bowl, mix together sausage, parsley, dill, chive, and lemon zest. Form into 16 small patties, each about 1/4 inches thick.

Step 2

Cook patties in nonstick skillet on medium until golden brown and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and brush with syrup. Serve with extra syrup if desired.
