Add oats, water and a pinch of salt to a small pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a low simmer.

Step 2

Stir in tahini, maple syrup, chopped dates, sliced banana and any seeds you’re adding.

Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy, the excess liquid is absorbed, and your desired consistency has been reached.

Step 4
