Step 1

In a jar, add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, salt, and sifted matcha powder and mix together.

Step 2

Pour in the almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup and mix again until combined. Be sure to get the edges so there are no protein powder or matcha clumps.

Step 3

Seal with a lid and refrigerate overnight to set.

Step 4

Enjoy with plant based yogurt on top and keep refrigerated for up to five days.
