Matcha Smoothie

matcha green tea powder (no substitutions)

water

skim milk

banana

honey

-4 ice cubes

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

I really liked this.  I did omit the ice and made half recipe.  I have also used maple syrup instead of honey and it worked well too.  A nice nourishing breakfast.
