Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a non-stick muffin pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix ground meat, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Put the meat mixture in the muffin cups.
Step 4
Spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf mixture.
