Place onion, garlic, carrot, celery, chilli and oil into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then cook 4 min/Varoma/speed 1.

Add mince, tomato paste and taco seasoning and cook 2 min/100°C//speed 1.

Add water, capsicum, beans, jalapeños and corn (optional) and combine 3 min/100°C//speed 2. Transfer into a casserole dish (approx. 23 cm) and set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place cheese into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Place potatoes, salt, pepper, milk and water into mixing bowl and cook 25-30 min/90°C/speed 1.
Step 7
Insert butterfly whisk. Add butter and mash 30 sec/speed 3. Spoon mashed potato over mince mixture and spread out to cover mince completely. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and pickled jalapeños (optional) and bake for 20-25 minutes (180°C) or until golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
