In a medium soup pot or large saucepan, combine drained beans, undrained chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add pasta and Simply Steam Vegetable Medley. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 7-9 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Ladle into 4 warm bowls and top with grated parmesan and chopped basil, if desired
