Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender and then mash with butter & milk. Season with salt & pepper or Mingle’s Garlic & Herb. Set Aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pot & brown mince. Once browned, add onion, celery, carrot, tomato paste & 30g of Mingles Shepherds Pie Seasoning. Cook for 5 mins.
Step 3
Add mixed veg & stock. Simmer for 20 minutes
Step 4
Layer your mince mixture into an ovenproof dish. Top with potatoes & grated cheese. Cook the oven at 200° for 15 mins until cheese is golden.
