Preheat the oven to 350F/180C

Line a muffin pan with liners.

Place an Oreo in each muffin cup.

Mix cream cheese, white sugar, egg and flour until creamy and smooth.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 1/2 minute. (Stir every 30 second to avoid burning)

Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 7

Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups.

Step 8

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 9

Let the cheese cakes cool completely.

Step 10

Make the ganache by melting the chocolate and mixing it with half and half.

Step 11

Add the ganache on top of the cheesecake and let cool completely in the fridge.
