Step 1

In a large pan, cook the ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.

Step 2

Add the cabbage, carrots, onions, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3

Stir in the sesame oil and soy sauce. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.

Step 4

Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about two tablespoons of the mixture onto the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

Step 5

Seal the edge with a bit of water.

Step 6

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Step 7

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 8

Fry egg rolls, a few at a time, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
