Step 1
Use a fork to poke holes all over each potato.
Step 2
Use a basting brush or your fingers to rub olive oil all over the outside of each potato. Sprinkle salt all over the outside of each potato, and place into crisper basket in the Ninja Foodi.
Step 3
Set Foodi to 'air crisp' at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes (use the shorter cook time for smaller potatoes and the longer cook time for larger potatoes), or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork and the skins are crispy.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream, butter, chives, cheese, or your other favorite baked potato toppings!
