No-Bake Pavlova recipe

Step 1

Dissolve gelatine in boiling water and place in fridge to cool.

Step 2

Beat together egg whites, caster sugar and the dissolved gelatine and water. Mix with an electric mixer for about 10 minutes or until very stiff.

Step 3

Place in large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Step 4

Whip up cream and place on top of pavlova. Decorate with sliced strawberries or kiwifruit.
