Add Quick Cooking Oats (1/2 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon) to a jar with a lid. Give it a quick stir to incorporate.

Step 2

Top with Cashew Nuts (1/4 cup) and Apple (1/2). Drizzle with more maple syrup if desired.

Step 3

Close the lid and wait 10-15 minutes, until the oats are soft, then eat. Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
