Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Thinly slice Red Bell Pepper (1), Yellow Bell Pepper (1), and Zucchini (2) into ½-inch thick strips.

Dice the Sweet Potato (1) and Potato (1) into 1-inch pieces. Place in a bowl.

Combine the Salt (4 teaspoon), Lemon Juice, Sage Leaves (1 bunch), Butter (1/4 cup), Lemon (2), and Ground Black Pepper (4 teaspoon) into a mixing bowl. Microwave slightly for 15-30 seconds. Stir to combine then set aside.

Spread the vegetables over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and lay the Bone-In Chicken Thigh (4) and quartered lemons on top of the vegetables.

Brush the herbed butter on each chicken thigh and over the vegetables. Season the tray with salt and pepper.

Take back to the oven for 20 minutes or until tender and juicy.

In a tray with Bone-In Pork Chops (4), season with Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) on both sides.

Slice Red Onion (1), Granny Smith Apple (1) and Honeycrisp Apple (1) into thin slices.

In the large pan, heat the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) over medium-high heat. Once hot, add pork chop and sear for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Flip the pork and sear for 2-3 more minutes. Remove the pork and set it aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, melt the Butter (2 tablespoon). Then add onion and apples. Cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes.

Add Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Fresh Thyme (2 sprig), and Fresh Rosemary (2 sprig). Cook for about 2 more minutes. Stir occasionally.

Bring the pork back to the pan. Warm the pork for about 2 more minutes.

Garnish with Fresh Thyme (1 sprig) and some Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig) on top. Serve

In a cast-iron or other oven-safe skillet, add the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, and Taco Seasoning (1 packet). Cook until softened, 6-7 minutes.

Add the Black Beans (1 can) and stir to heat through, then transfer everything to a bowl.

Add 1/3 of the Tortilla Chips (6 cup) to the cast-iron skillet. Top with 1/3 Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cup), then 1/2 of the veggie black bean mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients, ending with cheese.

Place 5 to 6-inches below the broiler and broil for 2-5 minutes, until all the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and top with desired toppings, like Pico de Gallo (10 ounce), Sour Cream (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (to taste).

Soak Fresh Clams (15) in cold water for 20 minutes, shaking the bowl every few minutes. When in freshwater, the clams will push the salt water and sand out of their shells. Drain the water once the time has passed.

Cut Country White Bread (4 ounce) into ½-inch pieces. Pulse the bread cubes and Garlic (3 clove) in a food processor until a fine crumb forms.

Spread breadcrumb mixture to a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and then bake until crisp, 15-20 minutes.

Thinly Slice the remaining Garlic (9 clove). Remove stems from Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1/2 bunch) then finely chop the leaves.

Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup) to a wide frying pan on medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic until it is golden brown and fragrant, cook for 3-5 minutes.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Lightly salt the water with Kosher Salt (2 tablespoon) and cook Spaghetti (8 ounce) 2-3 minutes less than the package instructions. The pasta will finish cooking in the pan with the clams.

Add Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 teaspoon) to the pan. Stir and continue to cook for another 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium-low and add Dry Vermouth (1/2 cup), cook until it reaches a light simmer.

Add the live clams to the pan and cover. Cook until clams open up fully, about 10 minutes. Remove any that didn&#x27;t open and discard.

Add the cooked Pasta, chopped Parsley, and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and stir to combine. Season with Salt (to taste) and Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon). Sprinkle about half of the bread crumbs over pasta and toss to combine.

Serve immediately, with additional parsley and more breadcrumbs if desired.

Season the Pork Chop (4) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Rub seasoning in until it coats the meat.

In a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil (1 1/2 tablespoon). Once hot, add the seasoned pork chops and sear for about 3 minutes, or until the meat is golden brown, then flip. (Time will vary based on thickness - add an extra minute for thicker chops).

Add Garlic (4 clove), Butter (1/2 tablespoon), and Fresh Thyme (4 sprig). Continue cooking for about 3 more minutes or until the meat is cook through.

Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the pan to rest, along with the thyme and garlic.

Lower heat to medium, then add the remaining Fuji Apple (1) the Granny Smith Apple (1) to the same pan. Stir until butter is melted, then add the Butter (1/2 tablespoon) and Red Onion (1).

Add Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Salt (to taste), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Vegetable Broth (1/4 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) to the same skillet. Continue cooking until the brown sugar caramelizes 5-7 minutes. Make sure to get up all of the browned bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.

Once the apples are caramelized add the pork chops back to the pan. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes, using a spoon to baste the pork chops with the sauce.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute potato in Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook for about 3 minutes, or until they begin to get tender.

Add in mushroom, bell pepper, and onion, cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add in Black Beans (1 can) and ⅔ of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 1/4 cup), mix well. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.

To assemble the enchiladas, spread two tablespoons of the sauce on a Flour Tortilla (8), add a small handful of the filling in a line down the center, roll up the tortilla.

Spread the remaining sauce evenly on top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining Shredded Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup).

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are slightly crispy. Serve hot with Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Sour Cream (to taste), or toppings of choice.

Heat a large pot of water over medium-high heat. Add a few generous pinches of Salt (to taste) and let come to a boil while you prepare the sauce.

In a large saucepan or dutch oven over medium-high heat, add the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Add the Onion (1) and Garlic (2 clove) and cook until softened, 6-8 minutes.

Add the Crushed Tomatoes (1 can) and Tomato Paste (1 can) and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the mixture gets dark and sticks to the bottom of the pot.

Deglaze the pan with the Vodka (1/2 cup) making sure to scrape up the browned bits on the bottom.

Scoop up around 1/4 cup of boiling water with a heatproof measuring cup. Add the Cream (1 cup) to the same measuring cup. Pour the cream water into the sauce, stirring to quickly combine. Continue to cook over medium heat for 8-10 more minutes (up to 20 minutes) stirring occasionally.

While the sauce cooks, add the Penne Pasta (16 ounce) to the boiling water and cook until al dente. Once cooked, use a slotted spoon or spider to transfer the pasta directly to the sauce.

Turn the heat to low and add Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup). Stir to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add more pasta water as needed to create a velvety sauce that coats the penne.

Serve pasta in large shallow bowls. Tear the Fresh Basil Leaf (to taste) on the top and sprinkle with more parmesan and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon).
