Preheat oven to 160C.

Grease a deep 25cm round cake pan with baking paper.
Step 3
Beat butter, rind and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Stir in half the self raising flour, half the plain flour and half the sour cream.
Step 4
Once mixed add the remaining sour cream and remaining flours.
Step 5
Spread mixture into pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cooked.
Step 6
Allow to cool on a wire rack. This cake can be served plain or top with icing sugar and strawberries.
