Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Place apples (peeled and sliced) in the prepared dish.
Step 4
In separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt together. Add melted butter, and mix until well blended. The mixture will be crumbly in texture.
Step 5
Spread oatmeal mixture over apples. (You may have to use your hands.)
Step 6
Bake until the fruit is fork tender, approximately 35 minutes.
