Place the flour and cubed pork in to a 1 gallon ziplock bag. Shake to coat. Heat oil in a wok. Fry coated pork in batches until browned. Remove pork after it has browned. Add oil if necessary after removing pork. Add onion, garlic, celery and mushroom. Cook until onion is softened. Add green pepper, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Sir fry for about 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Put pork back in to wok Mix molasses, salt, worcestershire and soy sauce in the water. Add to wok. Serve with rice, chow mein noodles and cashews
