Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season frozen chicken all over with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then flip chicken and cover again, cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and let cool slightly; thinly slice.

Step 2

Meanwhile, return skillet to medium heat and add garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, 1 minute. Pour milk and broth into skillet, season with salt and pepper, and bring up to a simmer. Add fettuccine and simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until al dente, about 12 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and a pinch of cayenne until combined. Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, dill, chives, and sliced chicken. Garnish with bacon and more chives.
