Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add in the ground turkey and brown it all over, then add the garlic and spices, mix to combine, and sauté for 3-5 more minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the tomato sauce, broth, & pasta. Stir to combine well & make sure the pasta is fully covered. Add a bit of water to fully cover if needed.

Step 4

Cover the pot and cook on medium low heat for 14-18 minutes, until the pasta is al dente. Stir 2-3 times as it cooks to prevent any sticking.

Step 5

Stir, then serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
