Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C and line the base of a lightly greased 18 cm cake tin.
Step 2
Cream butter, sugar and orange rind. Beat in the eggs and fold in the flour.
Step 3
Spread batter evenly into tin and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
Step 4
Blend the orange juice and icing sugar and pour over the cake immediately. Leave until cold before turning out.
Step 5
Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
