Step 1

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high power in 20 second increments, stirring well between heat cycles, until fully melted.

Step 2

Spread half the melted chocolate over a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet.

Step 3

Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle evenly with half the crushed Oreos. Press gently into the soft chocolate.

Step 4

Spread remaining melted chocolate over top of the Oreo crumbles
