I made this and the toffee bark for New Years Eve for two different parties and it was a huge hit! Very easy to make and people are still talking about it. In a few weeks I'm going to be a house guest and will make this again to bring as a hostess gift. I've got a new go-to recipe!

This St. Paddy&#039;s Day Oreo Bark is a fun, festive no-bake treat to celebrate on this Irish holiday. A mixture of chocolates, Oreos and M&amp;M&#039;s.

ST. PADDY'S DAY OREO BARK

chocolate chips

white chocolate chips

green m&m’s

green sprinkles

Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.

Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwaveable safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval (or use a double-boiler to melt the chocolate.)

Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate out onto prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle crushed Oreos over melted semi-sweet chocolate.

Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before adding white chocolate.

Microwave white chocolate in a microwaveable safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval (or use a double-boiler to melt chocolate.)

Then pour/spread melted white chocolate over the Oreo layer.

Sprinkle the top with M&amp;M’s and sprinkles, then let cool completely.

Break up with a knife and serve.

How to make: St. Patrick's Day No-Bake Chocolate Oreo Bark

Oreo bark is the cookies and cream dessert you didn&#39;t know you needed! Only two ingredients but so very very delicious!

Oreo Bark

white chocolate chips (or almond bark)

Oreo cookies (crushed, divided in half*)

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high power in 20 second increments, stirring well between heat cycles, until fully melted.

Spread half the melted chocolate over a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet.

Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle evenly with half the crushed Oreos.  Press gently into the soft chocolate.

Spread remaining melted chocolate over top of the Oreo crumbles

Cookies and Cream Bark

chocolate sandwich cookies or Oreos (gluten-free if needed)

Line an 8&#215;8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

Add chocolate sandwich cookies to a sealed plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush them into chunks.

In a large bowl, add white chocolate chips or melting wafers. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until fully melted through. Alternatively, melt in a double boiler on the stovetop.

Pour the melted white chocolate into the baking dish and spread in an even layer. Top with the crushed cookies. Using a rubber spatula, press the crushed cookies into the melted white chocolate.

Store in the freezer for 30 minutes or until set. Remove from the freezer. Gently lift parchment paper out of the dish to remove the bark. Using clean hands or a knife, break into pieces. Enjoy!
