This Moroccan Chickpea and Sweet Potato Salad is awesome! Perfectly flavorful and made easily from ingredients I had on hand. I appreciate the note about roasting there chickpeas - loved them that way. We'll be using this recipe again and looking forward to trying some of your other chickpea dishes!
