Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the sour cream until combined.

Pour in the loaf pan. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips in a single layer over the batter. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Let cool completely before inverting and slicing.
