Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 2 teaspoons ketchup; 2 tablespoons horseradish (little less); 1/4 teaspoon paprika; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano; 1 dash ground black pepper; 1 dash cayenne pepper

Make the Outback Bloomin Onion sauce at home. Great for onion rings, sandwich spread, or steak sauce.

Outback Bloomin Onion Sauce

mayonnaise

ketchup

horseradish (little less)

paprika

salt

garlic powder

oregano

black pepper

cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You can make Outback Steakhouse Dipping Sauce just like the Outback Steakhouse does.  These are perfect for the Aussie Fries.

o I'm going to put together my Outback Steakhouse dipping sauce. I already
have my 1/2 cup of mayonnaise in here. Next, I'm going to add my two
tablespoons of horseradish. Make sure your horseradish is fresh. You may
need to buy it new. You can buy it in the refrigerated section of the
grocery store, because the older that it gets the less fresh that it gets,
and it loses the wonderful, spicy flavor.

So we've got our 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of horseradish, and
now we're going to add a couple of teaspoons of ketchup, to just make this
nice and pink. I've already measured out most of my spices here. That's
garlic powder, oregano, salt, paprika. I'm going to stir these together.
We're going to finish off with some fresh cracked pepper, and a couple of
shakes of cayenne pepper. Not too much or it will get really spicy on you.

All righty, there we go. That's our Outback Steakhouse dipping sauce. I'm
going to let this sit in my refrigerator for about 30 minutes, before I'm
going to use it. This would go well on the Aussie fries, or cheese fries,
or just about anything else that you would enjoy a spicy sauce on top of.
