Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Line one baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Place bratwursts on the parchment paper with space between them.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Flip bratwursts and bake additional 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Step 6
Pull out of the oven, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
