Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, 1 cup of cheese, milk, syrup, eggs and sugar. Mix until fully combined.
Step 3
Pour batter into prepared dish.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes
Step 5
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese (1 cup) and crumbled bacon.
Step 6
Cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
