Step 1

Form a thick batter using chickpea flour, semolina, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, asafetida and water and whisk it together

Step 2

Cut the paneer into thick square cubes

Step 3

Apply 1 tsp of chutney in between 2 paneer pieces

Step 4

Form and sandwich with paneer and dunk them into the batter

Step 5

Plug the waffle maker and grease with oil

Step 6

Place the paneer Pakoda in the waffle maker

Step 7

After 5 minutes flip and cook on the other side for 5 minutes or till brown

Step 8

Take them out and leave them out for few minutes and reheat them for extra crunch

Step 9

Sprinkle chaat masala

Step 10

Enjoy them hot with chai or coffee
