Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Fill a pot with water. Add in salt (we used 1 teaspoon). When it boils, add the pasta and cook according to the package directions. Reserve half a cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter and add in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the cooked pasta, the reserved water. Toss well. Reduce the heat to the lowest.
Step 4
Add the grated parmesan cheese gradually and black pepper, toss until the cheese melts and the pasta is coated well with it.Turn off the heat. Taste the pasta and sprinkle a little salt if you would like. You might not need it as parmesan is already a salty cheese.
Step 5
Now add in chopped parsley.
Step 6
Sprinkle extra parmesan on the top when serving.
