This One Pot Creamy Parmesan Pasta is not only creamy and delicious but it&#x27;s super quick to make, ready in 30 minutes and pure comfort food! The secret of this one pot dish is in its simplicity! 

One Pot Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Saute the garlic: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add pasta and broth: Stir in the chicken broth, milk and penne. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta: Bring everything to a boil then turn the heat down to a simmer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pasta is cooked through.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

This is a quick and easy pasta recipe. We use fettuccine, parmesan cheese, olive oil, butter, and fresh parsley. It's ready in less than 30 minutes and tastes delicious. Great for busy days or when you want something tasty and simple!

Parmesan Pasta Recipe

oz (250 g) dry pasta

butter (unsalted)

Fill a pot with water. Add in salt (we used 1 teaspoon). When it boils, add the pasta and cook according to the package directions. Reserve half a cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest.

In a pan, melt the butter and add in olive oil.

Add the cooked pasta, the reserved water. Toss well. Reduce the heat to the lowest.

Add the grated parmesan cheese gradually and black pepper, toss until the cheese melts and the pasta is coated well with it.Turn off the heat. Taste the pasta and sprinkle a little salt if you would like. You might not need it as parmesan is already a salty cheese.

Sprinkle extra parmesan on the top when serving.

One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta recipe! Combining juicy chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a hearty marinara sauce under a blanket of melted cheese, this is the ultimate comfort food.

One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

1-1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1.5 pounds of your favorite marinara sauce

Same amount of water as the marinara sauce

Start by warming a bit of olive oil in a sizable pot or pan over medium-high heat. Toss in the chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Allow it to cook for around 5 minutes until the chicken is mostly cooked. Transfer the chicken onto a plate and set it aside for now.

In the same pot, cook the minced onion and garlic until they soften and release their flavors. Next, pour in your favorite marinara sauce, followed by water (using the sauce jar for measurement). Stir well and bring this concoction to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer.

Return the chicken to the pot and add in the pasta. Mix it well to ensure the pasta and chicken are coated with the sauce. Cover the pot and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked to your liking.

After that, mix in the parmesan and part of the mozzarella cheese until they melt into the pasta.

For the final touch, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the dish and let it cook for a few more minutes until the cheese is melty and gooey.

If desired, add a sprinkle of extra Italian seasoning on top for an added flavor kick. Finish off with a garnish of minced parsley or basil, and your One-Pot recipe is ready to enjoy!
