Step 1

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 5 min/100°C/speed 2, without measuring cup.

Step 2

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and heat 1 min/80°C/speed 2, without measuring cup. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jug.

Step 3

Slowly pour mixture into plastic/silicone lolly moulds (see Tips) and place into refrigerator for approx. 1 hour to set. Remove gummies from moulds and place into a sealable container or package into small party favours. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
