Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Combine flour, sugar and egg. Add melted butter and combine.

Press mixture into a deep 18cm x 28cm slice tin and cook at 180˚C for 15 minutes. Leave to cool while you do the next layer.

Combine condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well and pour over cooled base. Refrigerate for one hour until just set.
Step 5
Place water, sugar and custard powder in a saucepan. Place it over a low to medium heat and stir until it thickens. Stir in the passionfruit pulp.
Step 6
Pour the custard mixture over the slice and refrigerate for six hours or overnight until set.
